An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. Lucky100 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the cashier section of the platform. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. The account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by lucky100 are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, time limits for completion, and minimum odds restrictions on sports betting bonuses.
